It’s a late post this review mainly because I wanted to make justice to our experience. Here it goes … Venue Sneh banquet hall is well located along the Panaji-Mapusa highway and is easily accessible. Our guests had ample parking space particularly being a Sunday. Parking is available in the premises (limited), along the highway and also along the street adjacent to Hotel Grand Kadamba. Banquet Hall The banquet hall is spacious. It has a high ceiling that gives it an open feel (particularly good during covid period). There is plenty natural light if you need but the feel is best with all the banquet room lights switched on and the gorgeous curtains are drawn. The large chandelier in the center of the hall needs special mention. The air conditioning was great. Attached lavatory facility is very convenient but concealed well at the same time. The interior planning is well thought of. We did not need much decoration other than the stage since the hall has a rich look. Food Chaska is well known for its food already. Our experience wasn’t different either. Every dish was well prepared and presented. Right from the starters (spring rolls, chicken wantons, chicken lollipop) to main course (Goan, Northern Indian and Chinese dishes) and desert, the food was delectable. Every preparation had the right balance of taste. Honey roasted noodles with ice cream was a great way of finishing lunch. Service I would rate the service 10/10. Right from the owners to the managers and boys who served food, every individual was courteous and very helpful. The staff was very patient with the guests and took requests enthusiastically. I should make a special mention of Archana Pawaskar who was very patient with our needs and extended full cooperation and even some advice regarding planning other parts of the event. A big thumbs up from me and the family. This venue is fantastic for a mid-sized functions of all kind.
